I don't agree with that decision, it's my opinion that if I purchase a home legally and meet all of the requirements from the bank to achieve the short sale purchase I should be able to do what I want with my purchase.... We are aware that we will have to rent for up to 2 years, however, we are concerned about being taxed on the losses. Has any thing changed?
